Whether coming from the North or the South it is best to approach via Junction 15 of the M40 (this will add only a few miles to a journey from the north and will make directions much easier).
From the North:
From the A45 take the A452.
After about 6 miles turn left onto the A4177.
At the (sort of mini) roundabout on the A4177 turn into Hatton Park
(hugely signposted). (This is after the BW Hatton turn))
At the mini roundabout that you will encounter 100 yards into the estate turn
left.
Stay on this road (while you are passing along admire the fantastic "national
traffic calming techniques" collection).
As the road twists and heads up a hill you will find a new village hall ahead of
you.
From the South:
Leave the M40 at Junction 15 and take the A46 north to
Coventry.
Leave the A46 at the first exit and take the A4177 to Solihull.
