Public Transport

Rail: Ledbury (on the Hereford to Worcester line) or Gloucester (for intercity services).

Coach: National Express coaches call at Gloucester regularly. A few services also call at Newent.

By road

From the north:

at Junction 8 on the M5, take the M50 towards Ross on Wye
at M50 Junction 3, take the B4221 left
pass through Gorsley and Kilcot to Newent
turn left in to Horsefair Lane, signposted Oxenhall, before the Kings Arms
pass the H&GCT compound at Horsefair Wharf on your right
pass a small turning (signposted Gorsley) on the left at a grass triangle
at the next grass triangle, by the church, the hall is directly ahead of you

From everywhere else:

take the Gloucester Northern Bypass (A40) round Gloucester
follow signs to the Forest of Dean at several roundabouts
turn right on to the B4215 towards Newent at the temporary traffic lights where the A40 bends round to the left
stay on the B4215 through Highnam (speed camera), Rudford, and Highleadon (about 7 miles)
ignore the left hand turn signposted Newent Town Centre
ignore the right hand turn signposted Dymock and Three Choirs Vineyard (which is actually the
continuation of B4215)
take the next right turn in to Horsefair Lane, after the Kings Arms, signposted Oxenhall
pass the H&GCT compound at Horsefair Wharf on your right
pass a small turning (signposted Gorsley) on the left at a grass triangle
at the next grass triangle, by the church, the hall is directly ahead of you
