By Road
Its between Heanor and Ripley, about 15 miles north of Derby. Leave the M1 at Junction 26, and take the A610 west signposted to Ripley and Ilkeston. Keep on the A610 dual carriageway past Ikea, Eastwood, and Langley Mill. Dual carriageway becomes a single carriageway and goes round some quite entertaining corners with crash barrier down the middle. When you come to the traffic lights in Codnor Market (oblique crossroads of the A610 and A6007) turn left on to the A6007 signposted to Loscoe and Heanor, which drops back down the hill you've just come up. When you start climbing up the next hill, turn right in to Waingroves Road, signposted Waingroves. Enter Waingroves and the traffic calming. The accommodation is on the left alongside the second speed hump. Loads of parking round the back.
