WRG Website wins prestigious award

The WRG website has won £2000 in the UK online for business/InterForum E-Commerce Awards.

These national awards are designed to recognise and reward those organisations that have demonstrated excellence through the use of the Internet.

Earlier awards

The WRG website was awarded "Website of the Month" in the March 2002 Waterways World magazine - the leading specialist magazine relating to Canals. Waterways World said that WRG has "a very professional site that is visually attractive without being cluttered... [the site] is really focused on the business of hands-on waterways restoration... This is a site that is a valuable asset for the Waterway Recovery Group. It's nice to see they are as proficient with JPGs as they are with JCBs".
